Returns & Quality Guarantee

At ConcertCloset, every shirt is made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, buyer's remorse, or changes of mind. Please review our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at concertcloset@yahoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the problem

Once reviewed, we'll provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if appropriate.

Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order. ConcertCloset is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If your order's tracking information shows "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund. If you believe your package was stolen or delivered incorrectly after being marked as delivered, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.
  • Looking around your delivery location.
  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.
  • Filing a claim with the shipping carrier if applicable.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer, and we cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement.


Returns

Since each item is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind
  • Color preference
  • General buyer's remorse

Please be sure to review our size chart before purchasing.


Exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we do not offer exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll gladly send you a replacement free of charge.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued for orders that arrive damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect and have been approved by our support team.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been approved.
